Open Letter to RGV

A Ramgopal Varma Film
Sir,
That particular tag has pulled me to watch all of your movies all these years and I will continue to do that.I just came out of theatre watching SARKAR RAJ.I am writing this open letter and there is no other way to say a THANKS and CONGRATULATIONS to you.I am one of your ardent fans who go to theatre and watch your movies irrespective of movie's boxoffice status and irrespective of public talk. And let me tell you, like others, even I was very sad and worried about your movie making and worried aboout your passions towards movies after I saw AAG and few others duds from you.Somehow I had a feeling that you will surely come back with SARKAR RAJ.Sir,you didnt let me down.

I was 6 years old when I saw a poster with black background and red letters, with two powerfull eyes holding a cycle chain.I stood there on road watching that poster for 10minutes.I still dont know what attracted me so much in that poster. And after i watched that movie,I tried pulling several cycle chains though went in Vain ,but I formed gangs and all istyle with my class mates in school and started playing SIVA games. That was the impact it created.Few years later when I was 15 ,when I used to watch lot of movies, one day I again watched SIVA.I was simply awestuck sir.I understood why people divided telugu films into Pre Siva and Post Siva. You taught Indian Film Industry a new dimension of film making.
Then came Gayam, another masterpiece. Then there was a period of lull with duds like Kshana Khsanam,Govinda Govinda etc etc You came back with Rangeela.Which again was a trend setter.Followed by another duds period.People wrote you off. Then came Satya.Let me tell you,if Shiva was a trendsetter,Satya is a trend creater. This changed the course of bollywood style of film making.

Why I am writing all this is..when ever you delivered forgettable duds, you came back with even stronger replies in Company,Bhooth,Sarkar.Post sarkar, when you made films like AAG,which is termed as the worst movie of the decade,I can surely say any other person in your place would have quit the show.Such was the criticism AAG attracted. But sir,the way you came back,is a tight slap on all those who wrote you off.Take a bow.Right from the title card to my favourite tag
"A Ramgopal Varma Film",Sarkar Raj is brilliant.
Sir,if you promise us that you will keep giving us more Shivas,Satyas and sarkars....let me tell you we are ready to bear your AAGs in between.Coz I know criticism brings the BEST in the BEST and I believe you are the BEST.

If GODFATHER series is what for Hollywood, then SARKAR series is what is for Bollywood.
Wish you all the best and Congrats again.
Regards,
Sasanka

Every Child is Special...

Every Child is special is what TZP says and after i saw the movie, all i can say there is a child in every one irrespective of the age.Taare Zameen Par takes back you to your chidhood days. And if you are a parent it will keep you oscillate between your childhood and Parenthood.

I must say Taare Zameen par is the best movie ever to hit Indian Sliver Screen. It shows you that small world of thoughts and dreams created by a small child and how dangerous it is if one tries to destroy that world created by him.It teaches a teacher how to teach. It teaches a parent how to Love their children. There is one scene where Amir asks ishant's parents whether he asked fewthings ever to his son. That scene really sums up the cause of the movie.

Darsheel Safary excelled in Ishant's role.I just have no words to describe this bheoy's action. He conveyed every emotion through his histrionics.God bless him.No need to tell about Amir, the actor. He has been a great actor right from day 1 of his career and this role is a cake walk for him.Its really heartening to see his name being rolled second after Darsheel. That really shows Amir's dedication and commitment for the work.Every person,Every frame and every character on screen conveys a message and takes you to a different world.

Music is a major plus to this movie. This is surely SEL's best work.So sensual and enjoyable.

Now coming to Amir, the Director.I am pleasantly suprised.Awesome,Great and excellent are really small words to tell about his debut. All I can do is to give him a standing Ovation.Hatsoff to you Amir.I give 10/10 to Amir, the Director.

Eagerly for Amir's next directorial venture.....
